Your Chance to get a MBBS Seat in Delhi

For most students, the toughest phase begins after the NEET exam, when they are left waiting to see whether they will secure admission to the medical college of their choice. This period of uncertainty can stretch for several weeks or even months because of multiple rounds of counseling. The situation has become even more challenging with parallel counseling processes for the All India Quota and different states, especially in the post-COVID scenario.

NEET counseling itself is highly complex, involving 550+ government and private medical colleges offering over 83,000 seats across the country. On top of that, the fee structure varies drastically, ranging from less than ₹1 lakh to as high as ₹2.5 crore for the entire course. In such a confusing environment, even a small mistake in choice filling or a wrong college selection can cost students their dream, pushing them into a poorly ranked college or, worse, leaving them with expensive paid seats or no seat at all due to the lack of proper and genuine guidance.

Medical PG in India or NEXT

During their MBBS journey, most students gradually realize how important it is to become a specialist. At the same time, they also become aware of how intensely competitive it is to secure an MD/MS seat in a government medical college.

If we look at the overall numbers, the success ratio for getting a PG seat in a government college is barely around 11%, which means only 1 out of every 10 students manages to get through. The situation is even tougher for clinical specialties, where the chances drop to just 1 out of 20 applicants.

This clearly shows that the PG journey is extremely challenging. For those who are unable to secure a government seat, the only alternative is often a paid seat in a private medical college, which requires a huge financial investment running into crores.
